Handy and compact: The Class 4 process contains in the same case 4 storage faces that can accommodate knives, spatulas, pastry tubes… instead of only 2 in a standard case.
Safety: each product has its own location. The adapted clips allow to secure each product in its place, thus preserving the tips and sharp edges of the knives.
Hygiene: the slot configuration allows precise cleaning of the case.
