The skinning knife is used to peel muscle tissues, to remove membranes and nerves.
The blade combines flexibility and a very thin edge to provide a precise cut. The blade easily slides under the fine layers of tendons and other white materials.
The Profil skinning knife is available in 2 colours: red handle or yellow handle.
